Hint on how to sell a New Yorker cartoon

This is another New Yorker type cartoon, because it’s a little cruel, takes money, and has a dog. But I wrote it thinking about how many people in Los Angeles get plastic surgery. And Los Angelenos often treat pets like their kids…or themselves.

The dog in the cartoon is my rendition of a bloodhound. I think. Or what is another kind of droopy-eyed dog like that?

Actually, every dog in a shelter looks sad-eyed, until you rescue him. 🙁

Here’s how to buy this or any Animal or Pet cartoon for powerpoint, magazines, advertising, newsletters, blogs, textbooks, Chicken Soup books, etc.

ID #3660ba       Caption: He’s getting older, though. I’m thinking of having his eyes done. (woman talks about getting an eyelift for bloodhound, dogs who have lots of folds & wrinkles in their faces, like sharpeis.)
