Do real chefs watch cooking shows?

This chef is watching Saturday morning cartoons. The kind you have to get up early to see. Where animals run into walls and come out alive, fairy tales come true, and all pancakes fly up in the air when you flip them.

Reality cooking shows could take a hint from this. How to make food fly: that would be a slamdunk episode. Or at least, how to flip pancakes and pizza. When I was in high school I saw a guy in a boardwalk pizza store twirl pizzas and got an instant crush on him. 🙂

Sorry you’re so jelly, Mr. Chef.
