I guess we could call our Governor, Jerry Brown two-handed, as he both collects new taxes from the public, yet cuts services TO the public.

Except for schools, of course. He spoils them rotten. It’s like giving candy to a baby!

There’s a lot of mention of the poor uneducated masses when he wants us to shed a tear and care about his education ideas.

I’m very pleased with how this drawing turned out. Do you think it’s easy to turn out one more cartoon about TAXES that isn’t boring as hell??? Then you’re not a political cartoonist. Accessories, meaning sartorial, fashion or decorative items, add some flavor. Like a hat. Like a sword.
