Does everyone love games as much as I do? The shell game! (Or is it a trick?)

I remember an older boy playing this with us when I was 5. (I might have had a crush on him.). I was totally fascinated – and probably would have been more so, if I had known it was illegal. 🙂 Amazon calls it one of the oldest con games.

It’s also called the cups and balls game in some areas. Did our neighbor boy use coins under the cup? He probably took them from us. In any case, it was the only magic trick that ever interested me.

Why don’t waiters and wait staff have any sense of drama or fun like this? A meal that is both delicious and mentally challenging – now for that, I’d give 4 stars.
