Jailhouse Poet turns to personalized license plates

Ah, another cartoon in my prison and jailbirds series. I imagine the smart guys who write the personalized license plates for California and other states get perks, don’t you think? Like a desk, quiet time, maybe even a gold fountain pen.

We didn’t have these special license plates back East, so I always notice them on the road now in California. They break up the tedious traffic jams.

And I would just like to say that I know a Ron, and he may have spent some time in a cell, and he was pretty clever, and let’s leave it at that.

Here’s how to buy this or any law cartoon for powerpoint, law journals, newsletters, books, etc.

ID #n288h        Caption: That’s Ron. He’s the one who thinks up all those clever personalized license plates. (one prisoner tells other prisoner about a convict think-tank guy – although he may have been doing Sudoku, who knows.)
