How do you treat the delivery guy?

You can’t just give a good tip — you have to be polite, too. Sometimes it’s just too much.

Ordering lunch in the office

I must not be very nice, because I laugh every time I see this cartoon again. I do appreciate good food so much. And I’m grateful.

But PLEASE don’t make me make small talk with the delivery man or woman, and whisper sweet nothings in their ear. They’re bringing my goodies, but…we have nothing in common and this creates an awkward moment. The burden is on me to make conversation. I guess this is why I rarely order food deliveries.

Eating in the office has its perks…and its drawbacks. Even when the food might be comped.

Here’s how to buy this or any Business cartoon for powerpoint, advertising, newsletters, blogs, textbooks, etc.
