New Yorker cartoon tips

Unlike some New Yorker cartoonists, and many more non-New Yorker cartoonists, including syndicated guys, I don’t buy gags. For better or for worse, I write and draw all my own. Owned and operated by me!

However, in one assignment, an exec at a major computer company requested that I do a cartoon about internet startups….before most of us knew anything about Silicon Valley. (At least half the country still didn’t have a computer at that time!) He wanted to use his own caption. So I tweaked it a little, and who knew, it still makes a perfect point today, when these companies are known as dotcoms.

Here’s how to buy this or any Business or tech cartoon for powerpoint, advertising, newsletters, blogs, textbooks, etc.
