I know it’s a little hard to see the cartoon at this size, but this is a band-aid that the financial leader wants to put over his failing indices.

I guess calling this a Band-Aid is branding , but why not? 🙂 Okay, it’s a sticky bandage. Actually I have no idea why I drew it to be a band-aid anyway. Any kind of tape would do the job.
