Some Dads explain the birds and the bees. Others discuss money.

kid asks dad to explain bulls and the bears
the bees are the hardest to explain

Good parenting?

This is a very popular cartoon for educational journals, business publications and general publications. Including the Wall Street Journal’s Pepper…and Salt, all of whom paid me cold hard cash to use it! I guess that means either everyone likes exciting finance Wall street news, or everyone likes explaining sex.

Today’s cartoon I could almost call a back-to-school cartoon, but maybe it’s more of an economics lesson. Or maybe bad parenting? 🙂

Obviously, the little talk about “the bulls and the bears” – the famous way of referring to bull markets or bear markets, to describe how the stock market is doing. In this cartoon, I substituted  the oft-told talk to children about the birds and the bees, to explain the facts of life.

Or maybe “life” isn’t sex, it’s money.

Here’s how to buy this or any Business cartoon for powerpoint, advertising, newsletters, blogs, textbooks, etc, or you can just use the Paypal form below.
